About Randi

Born and raised in Michigan, Randi Brandt learned early the value of hard work, discipline, and integrity—principles that now define her at At Properties Christies International focused on delivering the highest level of service. With a background in event design and years of professional experience in hospitality and operations with Vail Resorts, Randi developed a sharp eye for detail, strategic planning, and client-focused service—skills that seamlessly transitioned into her real estate career beginning in 2016.

In 2018, just days after her 32nd birthday, Randi’s life took a dramatic turn when she experienced multi-organ failure, a brain bleed, multiple surgeries, and a stroke. Doctors told her she would never walk again. Instead of accepting that fate, she chose resilience. By the end of the year, she was walking unassisted, rebuilding her strength in the gym, and returning to the career she loved—representing buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan.

Today, Randi is the proud founder of Adroit Realty, where the mission is clear:

Randi is not only dedicated to her clients—she is committed to elevating the real estate profession itself. Through committee work, advocacy efforts, and member support, she helps shape industry standards, promote professionalism, and strengthen the real estate community at the local, state, and national levels.

Randi continues to play competitive and coach high-school volleyball, speak at conventions nationwide, and build lasting relationships within the communities she serves.
