From an early age, she applied this mindset to all aspects of her life—academics, athletics, and her career. Her strong work ethic and drive led her into the dynamic world of event design, where she successfully built and managed her own business in Metro Detroit. For years, Randi thrived in the industry, curating unforgettable experiences for clients and establishing herself as a leader in her field.   However, in 2015, after years of growing and refining her company, Randi made the difficult decision to sell her business, setting her sights on a new challenge—real estate.
